Dan was the absolute best. Did a high quality job at a very fair price. Not only that but he goes above and beyond. I had multiple questions that definitely did not fall under his responsibilities as an inspector but he took the time anyway to help guide me to the answers I needed. 10/10 could not reccomend Dan more, you don’t just get an inspection with him but you get a teammate on your home buying journey.

Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection process. The inspection was thorough and never felt rushed - he carefully looked at everything and took the time to explain his findings. It was also a major plus that he is a certified exterminator and able to complete the termite report, which our real estate attorney was very pleased about. Rossi Home Inspection was very professional, reasonable prices and easy to schedule on line. Our inspector Mike Rossi did a great job and answer all our questions. Spent around 2 hours on a 1600 sf townhome resulting in a very detailed report providing us with a very clear picture of the properties currently condition. To many things to list here but he got into every part is the house ( and roof with a drone) and he even showed us how to operate the gas fireplace. 😊. We highly recommend Rossi for any home inspection needs.
