My husband I truly could not have had a better experience with Dan from start to finish. As first time home buyers, he made the entire inspection process incredibly easy and comfortable.We reached out on a Friday around 6:30 PM, and he responded right away and had us booked for first thing Sunday morning, which was our preference. He arrived before us, was respectful of our time, and was incredibly thorough. He never made us feel rushed and patiently answered all of our questions, even ones that probably went beyond what we could reasonably expect from a home inspector.The report we received afterward was just as impressive. It was incredibly detailed, organized, and easy to understand. We shared it with a family member who has been in the business for years and owns multiple rental properties, and he told us it was the most detailed home inspection report he had ever seen.Even after the report was delivered, Dan made himself available for a phone call to walk through additional questions with us and once again went above and beyond to help.From the initial messages to the inspection, report, and follow up, Dan was fantastic. I called Rossi for a Condo inspection in Coram, and had my report in my inbox that evening. They promised 24 hours and delivered in about 4.Mike was a pleasure to deal with.
