Rossi home inspections were wonderful! To start off, they were super flexible since the inspection time had to be changed a couple of times so that I would have access from my seller. Mike was very professional explained portions of report and inspection findings. Also, they gave a little welcome bag, which was such a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend!!!

The process can be a tad intimidating but Anthony made the process easier. He took his time and didn’t rush making sure everything was explained to me in person that needed a bigger explanation. Overall a great and easy process

Mike came by with less than 24 hours notice to do my home inspection. He was incredibly thorough. He has technology that allowed us look at everything. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us how it works what it meant. The actual report was very easy to follow with a TON of photos. So happy using this company.

This company was SO easy to work with and did a spectacular job in the inspection. The report was so easy to read and it was ready the same day. They also gave me a call right afterwards to let me know some of the more important things they found before the report was ready! Two brothers handle this business and both are professional and thorough with the inspection and report. On my house inspection anything that needed attention, he took the time to stop and explain to me what he sees that needed to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my inspection report had pictures with colored highlights on areas that needed to be prioritized. By far, the best home inspection company out there at a very reasonable price👍

Highly recommend Rossi Home Inspection. They were thorough, informative, professional, and incredibly detailed in their report. During the inspection, everything was explained in a manner we could understand. We loved that the report was categorized and color-coded in terms of urgency along with detailed explanations. The reference pictures were incredibly helpful, too. Very pleased.

We worked directly with Mike of the Rossi brothers. Mike was a true professional and very knowledgeable in home inspections. He went above and beyond making sure our future home was worthy of purchasing. He used a drone to check the roof and chimney, providing photos of the condition. The report was very thorough with pictures and text explaining the findings. Mike answered any questions or concerns we had on the spot. Despite having to reschedule multiple times due to issues from the sellers, rescheduling was still easy and painless; both Mike and Dan reassured us they could get it done which they did above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend them to anyone.
